What is the delivery time?

Orders are usually shipped within 3 days after payment is received. Standard delivery time is 10 to 14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How can I modify an order?

If you wish to modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at team.pixelworld@gmail.com. After 24 hours, the order can no longer be modified, and you will need to request a return for an exchange or refund.

How can I return a package for an exchange or refund?

To arrange the return of a package, please contact us at team.pixelworld@gmail.com. We will provide you with the address of our nearest warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Pixel World is an international online store. You can place an order from almost anywhere in the world.

How can I track my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Twint. Cash on delivery is not available.

Our warehouse is located in China, from where we ship products to our international customers.
