RETURN POLICY
At Pixel World, we want to offer you the best possible experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, here is our policy:
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item and request a refund or exchange.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept your request.
Eligibility Conditions
For your return to be accepted:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Downloadable products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.

Sale Items
Sale items may be refunded or exchanged at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer service at team.pixelworld@gmail.com before returning your product.
Gift Orders
- If the product was identified as a gift at the time of purchase, a store credit for the return amount will be issued.
- If it was not a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non‑refundable.
